Q: How often does my lawnmower or snowblower need to be serviced??
A: This is dependent upon usage, but generally we recommend for the average homeowner to have their lawnmower serviced once a year, while snow blower service will depend on the severity of the winter.
Q:Why do you recommend preventative maintenance?
A:Servicing your small engine will do a few things. It will ensure that it is running at optimal performance and it will prevent any major breakdowns or repairs. It is much less expensive to prevent major problems than to have to deal with them after they happen. Often times we will get a lawn mower or snow blower repair that could have easily been avoided if routine service had been performed.
Q:Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
A: Yes! We can pick-up and drop off your lawn mower, snow blower, or other small engine equipment at a time convenient for you for a small fee.
Q:Do I have to be present during the pick-up/delivery?
A:No, we do not require you to be there for pick-up or delivery; However, we recommend you be there at delivery to receive any specific instructions and to inspect your equipment.
Q: Can I drop my small engine off at your shop?
A: Of course! We encourage our customers to drop off their equipment anytime during our regular business hours.
Q:Do you only work on lawnmowers/snowblowers?
A:No, we service all small engine equipment. Including but not limited to lawn mowers, snowblowers, generators, ice augers, water pumps, pressure washers, etc.
Q:I like to perform my own routine maintenance and repairs for my small engine. Do you sell parts?
A:We sell small engine parts for just about every make/model of lawn mower, snow blower, or other small engine. We have an extensive number of parts on hand, and we can special order all parts at a much lower cost than other retailers offer. They can even be here next day! Give us a call and we can fulfill your order at any time!
Q:Do you only service residential customers?
A:No! If you own a business with small engines and cannot afford a full-time mechanic, please contact us! We are currently servicing several commercial business and have saved them a substantial amount of money by doing the work as needed, rather than forcing them to have a full time small engine mechanic.
